Grant Jones – Non–Executive Director
Grant is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of its Governing Council. He is also a solicitor and a New York attorney, with first and second degrees in law from London University. As a former partner with Morison Stoneham accounting practice, he helped the company to become the first UK accounting practice to be admitted to trading on AIM. Grant sits on various boards, and has written several technical books, including techniques relating to pensions and is well placed to consider technical investment issues.

Richard Henstock – Non–Executive Director
Richard graduated from the Heriot–Watt University in 1960 with two BScs. After a period in management consulting he joined Smith Barney in New York and London. Richard attended the Harvard Business School before joining Wertheim in New York. He returned to London in 1978 and set up a US desk at Laing & Cruickshank, concentrating on small company investment. He subsequently set up London Wall Securities Limited to focus on small company funding and management in the UK and the US.
Richard has arranged institutional and personal investments in a large number of small companies and has been on the boards of around 30 quoted and unquoted companies in the UK and the US. Richard has helped to float a number of companies including Albermarle & Bond plc and Berkeley & Hay Hill Investments plc.

Marcia Hargous – Legal Counsel
Marcia is a solicitor and member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia. Marcia was admitted in 2003 and her main experience is in corporate and commercial property law.
Marcia joined Capital Ideas as Corporate Adviser from an AIM quoted FSA regulated fund management company based in the City where she handled corporate finance and investment legal work.

Anita Madhas – Finance Officer And Company Secretary
Anita Madhas has a BA honors degree in Accounting and Finance. She has worked in both industry and practice, gaining experience in many different sectors from Advertising, Construction and Leisure to Online Betting and Property.
Anita brings with her experience as a company secretary and director of private and public companies. Having run the financial function of the majority of the companies Capital Ideas has invested in, Anita has a hands-on approach to all aspects of accounting.

Paula Conway – Hotel Development And Reservations Manager
Paula has a background in financial services and administration having previously been employed by a City based, FSA regulated, and AIM quoted fund management company. Paula is responsible for sourcing suitable property opportunities as well as office administration and general enquiries.

Sarah Evans – Head Of Marketing
Sarah has a background in corporate finance, financial services and operations. In past roles Sarah has been responsible for the operations of two stock broking houses and for the last two years has been a Corporate Finance Operations Manager for an AIM quoted, FSA regulated fund management company based in the City.
Sarah brings marketing, operations and corporate finance expertise to Room to Invest and is responsible for the investment operation and sales and marketing of all the hotels in the Room to Invest Group.
