Other companies provide a similar investment product in the UK however the minimum investment usually starts much higher and the properties are mostly based in London.

Due to recent market conditions in the UK property market, we believe the UK does not offer the best value for money. In the medium term we believe much better value can be obtained in other European and Worldwide property hot spots.

This Is Not A Timeshare

Room to Invest offers investors a share of the room income and a share of any capital increase. This allows investors to participate in any profit (solely attributable to the investors' room(s)) from the sale of the Hotel after deduction of all sale costs and taxes where applicable. We will also assist in sourcing a market for owners to be able to sell their investments if they so wish.
