Room Right

Each investor will purchase what is termed Room Rights. A Room Right entitles each investor to a share in the freehold of the Hotel and a share in the income generated from the investors room. Once the Application Form for a Room Right has been received by Room to Invest each investor will be dispatched a Room Right Certificate within six weeks.
