Room to Invest responsibilities

  • Manage the allocation of rooms
  • Maximise the Hotels occupancy and income for the hotel
  • Manage the allocation of visits by investors wishing to take their free 7 nights accommodation
  • Group Sales and Marketing
  • Liaise with the hotels manager
  • Manage the freehold investment of the property
  • Facilitate the sale of Room Rights by investors
  • Source new hotels to offer investors in the Room to Invest Group of Hotels
  • Keep investors updated on events at the Hotels and with Room to Invest
  • Analyse and exploit development opportunities at each hotel

Room to Invest will liaise with the Hotel management teams to ensure that room income is being maximised and thus investors are maximising their returns. Sales are currently through travel agents, the internet and word of mouth, with many guests returning year after year
