Free Accommodation In Any Of Our 8 Hotels

By investing directly and not through a SIPP or SSAS you will be entitled to 21 nights' free accommodation in a Room to Invest hotel of your choice. Please see our other hotels for further hotel information.

Once you acquire your Room Right you will be entitled to up to 21 nights' free accommodation per year in Uhu Villa or any future hotel within the Room to Invest Group per year. Please see “Portfolio Of Investments” for future Room to Invest hotels.

Please note that if you decide to take this option your investment is not eligible for inclusion in a SIPP or SSAS. You must decide when investing if you wish to include your Room Right in Uhu Villa in your SIPP or SSAS or take the 21 nights' free accommodation option and then complete the relevant section of the Application Form. Travel arrangements must be made and funded by the investor and accommodation is subject to availability and a £3 per night administration fee, during your chosen 21 nights.
